About this role
The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a key functional system owner for Workday Core HCM and Benefits , with responsibility for system configuration, governance, integrations, data integrity, and continuous optimization. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse ATS , supporting the integration and alignment of recruiting processes and data across the HR technology ecosystem. Serving as a strategic and technical partner within HRIS, this role works closely with HR Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions, strengthen controls, maintain high-quality employee data, and continuously improve the employee, candidate, and manager experience.…
