Job Description General Summary: Vertex is entering a transformative phase in its data journey—where trusted, governed master data is foundational to enabling enterprise-wide analytics, AI, and operational excellence. We are seeking an execution-focused Associate Director, Customer Master to lead the Customer(HCP/HCO) master data domain within Vertex’s Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) organization reporting to the Director, Enterprise MDM. This role will be responsible for one of the most critical and complex data domains at Vertex.
