Job Description Job Posting Description: Senior Category Manager - Commercial Summary: The Senior Category Manager will own Category Management activities across Vertex for certain Commercial/Marketing categories. Working collaboratively with internal business stakeholders, this role is expected to develop sound category and sourcing strategies for multi-year, multi-geography teams across regions. Duties will include development and execution of Sourcing Strategies, as well as RFx development, competitive bid analysis, contract development, negotiation planning, and strategic supplier management. The Senior Manager will interface closely with Business Partners to understand their business priorities and needs, and in turn, to define specific initiatives to support the business.…
