Job Description General Summary: The Senior Manager, Innovation and Business Transformation drives the execution of defined technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Medical Writing Science (MWS). The role assesses business needs and workflows, translates requirements into practical implementation plans, coordinates testing and implementation activities, and enables successful adoption and continuous improvement of new capabilities.
