Job Description: Job Description Summary Serve as Vertex's first dedicated in-house Finance leader for the India entity, responsible for accounting, statutory compliance, tax, payroll finance support, treasury coordination, and financial governance as the entity scales. Own the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations, reporting packages, and consolidation inputs in coordination with global accounting teams. Lead the transition of finance operations from an external service provider to a scalable, in-house India finance model, including defining roles, responsibilities, controls, timelines, and ongoing oversight expectations.…
