The Manager, Digital Merchandising Packs (EMEA) plays a critical role in shaping the seasonal PACKS strategy across EMEA digital DTC channels. This role leads the seasonal buy for Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport, delivers performance analysis, and partners closely with the Digital Trade Managers to ensure packs initiatives support both commercial goals and brand equity — with a strong focus on maintaining a healthy full-price vs. markdown balance.
