About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented CRM Administrator to oversee and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that support the full panelist lifecycle. In this role, you will own the organization's Panel facing CRM ecosystem, design scalable operational processes, and leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, data quality, and the panelist experience. You'll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding.…
