About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for a passionate Hands-On Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented backend engineers building low latency, high throughput and performance ad tech systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Go/Java (Backend) along with solid experience in microservices and serverless architecture and Database systems. You will lead a team of engineers contributing towards the success of Viant’s Ad serving and measuring system. Your job will involve overseeing the design and implementation of features to the bidding server in collaboration with partner engineering teams and product management.
