About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Sr. Director, Legal will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial operations by drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of complex agreements across Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing. This role will also provide strategic guidance on day-to-day privacy, compliance, and operational matters in a fast-paced advertising technology environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements relating to digital advertising, including MSAs, data protection agreements, data licenses, advertising supply agreements, insertion orders, SaaS agreements, and professional services contracts.…
