Job Description Junior Quality Engineer – QMS and FEM T he Junior Quality Engineer - QMS and FEM is responsible for supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by monitoring processes, performance indicators, and continuous improvement actions, contributing to compliance with quality standards and FEM methodologies. Responsibilities Manage communication related to FEM activities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Participate in Tier operational meetings with various departments, following up on FEM-related topics. Report the status of layered process audits across all areas. Monitor the progress of ongoing FEM projects. Verify and follow up on findings and corrective actions resulting from 5S audits.…
