The Director , M&A is a senior leader within Veralto’s Legal team and a strategic advisor to Corporate Development and executive leadership. This role leads the legal execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and other high‑impact strategic transactions that advance Veralto’s long‑term growth agenda.
