About this role
We are looking for a highly capable and pragmatic HR Operations Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis, supporting our recent German acquisition (Vidispine). As a newly acquired business, Vidispine is at an early stage of integration into the Lumine Group. This role will play a critical part in building and stabilising HR operations, combining hands-on delivery with the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose processes, documentation, and ways of working.
