Job Description Kitchen • Consistently prepares and cooks food orders brought to appropriate temperature including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, and related items according to prescribed menus or recipes. • Ensures all food items are properly stored, stocked, and dated. • Performs nightly QA/QC of products on the deli line to ensure freshness. • Monitors temperature control of refrigerators and iceboxes and contacts HVAC technicians to conduct repairs.…
