Job Summary The Bowling Center Staff will service the needs of multiple positions in the Bowling Center including the food service counter, the bowling registration desk, and overall floor service. Job Description • Serves beer to guests at bar while practicing alcohol consumption awareness. Verifies age drinking limit and recognizes when guests have reached their drinking limit and refuses to provide additional alcoholic beverages If needed, escalates the situation and issues/complaints to manager. • Oversees the registration desk including lane assignments, bowling shoe rental and enters orders into Point of Sale (POS) system and performs cash-handling procedures as prescribed in casino policies and procedures. • Greets and serves guests at tables throughout bowling/bar.…
