About this role

DAS ERWARTET DICH... Bei VIER sind Projekte vielfältig: Contact-Center-Transformationen im Mittelstand, KI-Einführungen bei Enterprise-Kunden, Plattform-Migrationen, interne IT- und Organisationsvorhaben. Oft laufen mehrere davon parallel, mit vielen Beteiligten und klaren Terminen. Als Senior Project Manager begleitest du die Projekte, bei denen es auf Erfahrung und Übersicht besonders ankommt. Du bist das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Auftraggeber, Projektteam und Management und die Person, die für Orientierung sorgt, wenn vieles gleichzeitig in Bewegung ist. Du führst deine Projekte inhaltlich und methodisch, entwickelst unseren PM-Methodenkoffer weiter und teilst deine Erfahrung mit Kolleg:innen, die noch am Anfang stehen.…
