About Us We are a stealth-stage fund and tech startup operating at the intersection of alternative markets and quantitative strategy. Backed by experienced operators and growing quickly, we are building the infrastructure to scale a high-performance, data-driven business. Our business is a funnel. People come in at the top, move through several stages of interviewing, verification and setup, and come out the other side ready to work with us. Every stage of that funnel leaks. Closing those leaks is worth more to this company than almost anything else we could do. The Role You are the floor manager for that funnel. Four teams, roughly a dozen people, mostly remote and mostly early in their careers. Interviewers, onboarding specialists, document reviewers and hardware technicians.…
