Binnen Gebiedsteam Venlo bundelen we de krachten van het voormalige FACT-team en de Poli in een vernieuwde aanpak, waarbij we cliënten ondersteunen in hun eigen leefomgeving. In ons multidisciplinaire team werken we nauw samen om toegankelijke, herstelgerichte zorg te bieden aan de inwoners van Venlo en omstreken.
