About this role

Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige binnen het IHT en in de crisisdienst is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij maakt écht het verschil op de momenten dat het er het meest toe doet. Je werkt in een hecht team, met veel afwisseling en directe impact op het leven van mensen in psychische nood. Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) binnen Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) Venlo speel je een belangrijke rol in het bieden van specialistische zorg aan patiënten die in een psychiatrische crisis verkeren of dreigen te raken. Je werkt nauw samen binnen een multidisciplinair team om crisis te boordelen, te stabiliseren en herstel te ondersteunen, met als uitgangspunt dat patiënten zoveel mogelijk in hun eigen omgeving behandeld worden, met zoveel mogelijk behoud van eigen regie.…
