About this role
Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) bij Poli Autismespectrumstoornis(ASS)/ aandachtstekort-hyperactiviteitstoornis (ADHD) speel je een cruciale rol in het bieden van coördinerend regiebehandelaarschap en specialistische zorg aan cliënten met ASS of ADHD. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je aan een integrale benadering van zorg, waarbij je de gezondheidstoestand beoordeelt, behandelingen uitvoert, behandelplannen opstelt en interventies coördineert. Je biedt psycho-educatie en therapieën aan om cliënten te ondersteunen bij het omgaan met de uitdagingen van ASS/ADHD.…
