A právě teď hledáme Store Managera , který rozjede další novou prodejnu v Brně a udělá z ní místo, kam se lidi budou rádi vracet - nejen kvůli produktům, ale kvůli atmosféře. Co Tě čeká: Rozjezd a řízení nové prodejny. Rozvoj a vedení lidí v týmu - motivace, plánování směn a organizace práce. Budeš mít na starosti objednávky sortimentu, kontrolu čerstvosti, odpisy i doplňování zboží - prostě aby všechno běželo hladce a bez výpadků. Důraz na detail - od vystavení produktů až po čistotu a celkovou atmosféru prodejny. Tvorba špičkového customer experience - od rady k produktům až po inspiraci, jak jíst zdravěji.…
