About VILLAGE GREEN The Claims and Risk Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all risk management activities/issues affecting the organization. This position is accountable for the primary focus: incident-reporting and claims management and settlements. The Claims and Risk Manager will also be called upon to assist in other areas as needed, such as contract reviews, litigation data collection, and special risk management projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Closely monitoring of RM Help mailbox to determine if immediate action by Risk or other VG teams is required. · Manages claims and loss control activities working closely with insurance carriers and their adjusters and Village Green property teams and owners.…
