About Village Green is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Concierge team and be the first point of contact at our award-winning apartment communities. If you have persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service oriented, this may be the perfect role for you! Pay: $17.34/hr - $18.74/hr plus a Quarterly Bonus Monday - Friday = 2PM - 10AM Shifts Or Saturday and Sunday = 6AM - 10PM and 10PM - 8AM Shifts ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building Become familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested.…
