Terms of Reference (TOR): Multimedia Consultant 1. Background VillageReach is an implementing partner for the CHOICE Project (2025‑2028) funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and Oxfam Canada. As part of the Digital Innovation component, VillageReach requires on‑call multimedia production services to create SRHR communication assets for multiple channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Youth Choice App, IVR, community audio). VillageReach will provide all written scripts and content; Consultant is responsible for production (design, animation, voice recording, audio editing, translation). 2.
