Under direct guidance of the managements, Admin Secretary will coordinate with other Departments of Villa Park Sun Island, the government & other institutions in achieving all the specified administrative tasks & communications, making the reports and maintaining documentation. Maintain General Manager’s appointment and meeting schedules. Prepare the venues for GM’s meetings. Where necessary, accompany General Manager to meetings at resort and other venues.…
