Job Description Purpose To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets Tasks Prepare bills on the all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff. Post charges to guests folios by POS machines. Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained. Collect cash on all cash sales. Complete bill entry sheets and other document s as necessary.…
