About this role

Location: Remote – South Africa Employment: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (approximately 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM SAST depending on daylight saving) About the Role We are seeking a confident, personable and highly organised Client Engagement Representative to manage inbound enquiries, engage prospective customers and schedule qualified appointments. You will often be the first point of contact for prospective clients, so strong communication and telephone presence are essential. The role focuses primarily on inbound engagement, qualification, appointment setting and follow-up , with some outbound prospecting during quieter periods. This is an unlicensed position .…
