They run the entire marketing funnel for them, paid acquisition, SEO and content, email and CRM automation, and organic social, and we back it with a promise most agencies avoid: leads in 60 days, or the client does not pay. They are hiring a Marketing Manager to own all of our marketing and run it hands-on, first internally, then across the client accounts they manage.
