About this role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office.
What you bring on day one:
5-10 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably in fintech or a tech start-up environment.
1-2 years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter
Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox AI, Granola, Claude, etc.)
Foundational recruiter experience a plus
