Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 Position Overview: The Analyst/Senior Analyst, VBC Analytics & Insights leads the translation of Vitae's value-based care data, including LEAD ACO performance data, into actionable insights for leadership, clinical partners, and operational stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, Value-Based Care Operations, this role owns analytics output and reporting for Vitae's VBC programs and partners closely with Vitae's data and analytics platform vendor, which manages the underlying data pipeline and infrastructure.…
