LNA Skilled Nursing Facilities New Hampshire - Lebanon, Franklin, Claremont, Concord, Milford, Keene, Rochester, Exeter Contract Days/Mid/Nights $18-$21/hr Duties & Responsibilities: Personal Hygiene & ADLs: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care. Mobility & Transfers: Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores. Meals & Hydration: Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.
