About this role
Job Purpose To play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service at our stations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring a positive environment for customers. The main goal will be to contribute to the efficiency and overall success of our operations. Principal Accountabilities Process all receipts (paying-in slip, cheques) in customer accounts. Deposit receipts in bank on a daily basis. Ensure clearance of AR queries. Ensure daily monitoring of bank statements and balances (hard and soft). Ensure daily paying-in slip control and accounting entries in customer accounts Ensure follow up on bounced check and drafts and inform concerned businesses on time. Ensure cash voucher filing.…
