CONTEXT
250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets clean and safe, and we aim to reach 450 by the end of 2026. Scaling from here means the way our teams operate today won't hold tomorrow: planning installations, preparing customer reviews, running our onboarding playbooks, closing the books — each of these workflows needs to be redesigned, equipped, and partly automated for the next stage of growth.
BizOps is the team in charge of making that happen. In 2026, we will be 6 people working alongside Timothée (BizOps & BI Team Lead): 3 BizOps Managers (including 2 to hire), and 1 BI Analyst. Each of us owns a slice of the business and partners directly with the Heads of Delivery, CSM, OPS, and G&A to ship the tools and processes that let them grow without breaking.…
