About this role

Deine Aufgaben Bei uns bist Du Gastgeber:in und Fachtrainer:in zugleich. Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen . Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, übernimmst Verantwortung für Service und Schank und bringst Deine Ideen ins Genusswerk ein. Gleichzeitig begleitest Du unsere Teilnehmer:innen auf ihrem Weg zurück in den Arbeitsmarkt . Du leitest sie fachlich an, vermittelst Dein Wissen und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und Sicherheit im Arbeitsalltag zu gewinnen. Auch Bestellwesen, Lagerverwaltung, Kalkulation und Planung gehören zu Deinem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich .
