About this role
The Voloridge Ascend Program brings together a select group of early undergraduate and early-stage Ph.D. students to work closely with our researchers, engineers, and traders, gaining exposure to how we approach research, modeling, and system design in a trading environment. Through hands-on sessions and a collaborative simulation, you'll explore how ideas from mathematics, physics, computer science, and related quantitative disciplines are applied to complex, evolving systems. Admission is highly competitive, with only 20 participants selected for each cohort.
