About this role

For our technology team in Zurich, we are looking for a Team Lead – Software Engineering & Atlassian Platforms to lead people, coordinate priorities and ensure reliable delivery. Combining a strong engineering background with hands-on Atlassian expertise, you will guide technical decisions, support complex challenges and drive internal process digitalisation using Java/Kotlin, Kafka, Spring Boot and OpenShift (Docker). You will own the direction, operation and evolution of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Assets, with a focus on the Data Center-to-Cloud transition and a sustainable operating model.
