About this role

Wat ga je doen? Met de introductie van lasersnijmachines breidt Voortman haar portfolio uit met een technologie die andere kennis, werkwijzen en ondersteuning vraagt dan onze bestaande staalbewerkingsmachines. Om klanten wereldwijd optimaal te ondersteunen, willen we inzicht krijgen in wat deze nieuwe technologie betekent voor onze Support- en Serviceorganisatie. Tijdens deze afstudeeropdracht onderzoek je welke technische, organisatorische en operationele veranderingen nodig zijn om lasersnijmachines effectief te ondersteunen en onderhouden. Je inventariseert de nieuwe technologieën en componenten, brengt de impact op troubleshooting, onderhoud en spare parts in kaart en analyseert in hoeverre onze huidige serviceprocessen hierop aansluiten.…
