About this role
Wat ga je doen? Binnen Voortman Parts Manufacturing zetten we ruw materiaal om in constructies en transportsystemen. Door de groei van onze productie ontstaan er continu nieuwe vraagstukken rondom capaciteit, efficiëntie en procesinrichting. Als Improvement Engineer richt jij je op het verbeteren en uitbreiden van technische productieprocessen. Je analyseert bestaande werkwijzen, signaleert knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterprojecten die direct bijdragen aan een efficiëntere productieomgeving. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het bedenken van verbeteringen, maar ook voor de volledige uitvoering ervan.…
