About this role

Binnen zowel onze Customer Service als Installation & Commissioning (Projecten) werken vakmensen met ieder hun eigen expertise, maar met één gemeenschappelijk doel: maximale klanttevredenheid leveren. Waar Customer Service zich richt op Support, Maintenance en Service, is Installation & Commissioning verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, inbedrijfstellen en opleveren van nieuwe machines bij klanten wereldwijd. Om deze processen optimaal te ondersteunen en verder te professionaliseren, zoeken wij een Product Owner. Wij zetten diverse software applicaties in om onze processen te ondersteunen voor maximale efficiency en kwaliteit. De meest gebruikte applicatie is Salesforce.…
