About this role
What are you going to do? This role combines remote support and on‑site service. You will support the complete portfolio of Voortman machines operating across Australia and New Zealand. Your mission is to maximize machine availability and ensure customers can rely on our technology every day. You will provide first‑line and advanced remote support from the office by guiding customers through questions and troubleshooting steps. For onsite activities you travel to customers to carry out repairs, adjustments, provide training and perform inspections. Traveling to customers can vary, in average you will be 50% of your time in the Brisbane office and the other part of time traveling to customers.…
