About this role
Wat ga je doen? In deze rol combineer je techniek met teamontwikkeling. Als Teamlead Laser Engineering werk je dagelijks samen met een multidisciplinair team aan nieuwe laserfuncties, procesverbeteringen en technische uitdagingen. Het team bestaat uit laser process engineers, software engineers en test engineers. Je denkt mee over concepten, voert analyses uit en duikt zelf ook verder in de laser technologie. Zo blijf je dicht bij de inhoud, terwijl je collega’s ondersteunt in de technische ontwikkeling. In ons Engineering Center heb je de beschikking over een ruime R&D hal, waar testopstellingen beschikbaar zijn om nieuwe ontwikkelingen te kunnen testen.…
