Manager, Workplace (Facilities)

THE ROLE Vox Media is seeking an experienced Manager, Workplace (Facilities) to lead the day-to-day operations of our New York City office. This role is responsible for creating a well-run, responsive, and thoughtfully maintained workplace that supports how our teams work and collaborate. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who takes pride in making an office work well. You’ll oversee day-to-day workplace operations, manage a small team of employees and contractors, and partner closely with the Head of People to ensure our spaces are welcoming, functional, and responsive to employee needs.
