In Deutschland stehen über 3,3 Millionen Mehrparteienhäuser – und sie sind das schwarze Loch der Energiewende. <1% Solardurchdringung. <2% Smart Metering. Kaum Flexibilität oder intelligentes Energiemanagement.
Gleichzeitig zwingt die Regulierung Eigentümer zu massiven Investitionen: Solar wird zur Pflicht, Smart Meter müssen in den nächsten 5 Jahren flächendeckend ausgerollt werden, Heizung und Mobilität elektrifizieren sich. Das Mehrfamilienhaus wird vom Betongold zum aktiven Teil der dezentralen Energieinfrastruktur.
