About this role

Job Description General Summary: The Regional Field Leader, Associate Director will be responsible for the oversight of an assigned region within the US Kidney Business Unit. Regional Field Leaders (RFLs) will manage a team of up to 10 Kidney Territory Account Managers (KTAMs) with a focus on educating and building awareness with nephrologists and within Kidney centers of care in a pre-launch setting. Focus will shift to product education, account management, and demand generation in a post-approval setting. The RFL reports into one of 3 Area Field Leaders (AFLs). The RFL must live within the region they are leading, near an airport and be willing to travel routinely based on business needs.…
