About this role
Job Summary This position is responsible for the daily and gameday success of all Tampa Bay Lightning jersey pressing operations. This position will lead a team of Jersey Associates to ensure jerseys are pressed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Jersey Supervisor will work collaboratively with Tampa Bay Sports management and frontline staff to deliver world-class customer service to fans and internal stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with management to develop production schedules and workflow. Train team on press functions, safety procedures, and efficient production techniques. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot heat press machine to minimize downtime and contribute to the timely fulfillment of all orders.…
