Job Summary The Recruiter will research, develop, and execute effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent for full-time and part-time positions across Vinik Sports Group. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Business Operations and Arena Operations roles, while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and implement targeted recruitment strategies.
