About the Role We are hiring a Commercial Contracts Specialist to be the first Legal Operations professional on VTEX's Commercial Contracts team. The team drafts, negotiates and manages every revenue-generating agreement VTEX signs worldwide: with clients and partners across our Commerce, CX and Ads Platforms in 40+ countries. This is a builder role. You will design the processes, data and tools that make contracting at VTEX faster, simpler and smarter, and you will become the source of truth on what VTEX has agreed with each of its clients and partners. We already know some of the first projects (listed below), but the opportunity is much bigger than that list.
