Wir suchen Dich Für den Aufbau unseres ICE- Teams (Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical) als Teil unseres Project Engineering Teams am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet , als Head of Electrical Engineering (m/w/d). Das erwartet Dich bei uns Du führst das ICE-Fachteam: Du rekrutierst neue Teammitglieder, entwickelst sie weiter und stellst ihre Leitungsfähigkeit sicher. Dabei baust du gezielt die Kompetenzen des Teams aus, um aktuelle und zukünftige Projektanforderungen zu erfüllen. Du koordinierst die Ressourcen deiner Disziplin, verfolgst den Fortschritt im Vergleich zu Zeitplänen und identifizierst bzw. eskalierst Risiken und Herausforderungen frühzeitig.…
