The RTO Manager runs a Regional Technology Office as its own business: winning new work, estimating it, and delivering it profitably. This is a combined sales and operations leadership role. The manager is responsible for the office's revenue, margin, and customer relationships, and leads a team of project managers and field technicians.
The right candidate has hands-on experience across our full range of services, including structured cabling (copper and fiber), access control, and video surveillance (CCTV). They can walk a site, scope the work, build the estimate, close the deal, and make sure the job is installed right.…
