About Wake Forest Baptist, one of the nation’s preeminent academic medical centers, is an integrated system that operates 1,004 acute care, rehabilitation and psychiatric care beds, outpatient services, and community health and information centers. The Medical Center Campus is located at Medical Center Boulevard in Winston-Salem, NC. Major Duties: RN to work in a 16 bed Joint Replacement Unit. Must be able to utilize the nursing process to provide patient/family centered care. Must be able to maintain a safe therapeutic, and healing environment through ensuring patient privacy and being responsive, respectful, and accepting. Must be able to communicate effectively to promote sharing of information throughout the continuum of care and as an effective member of the healthcare team.…
