About this role
SUMMARY: Plans, schedules, coordinates, facilitates, and presents training focused on providing the highest quality security personnel for the accounts supported by the Branch Office. Assists with onboarding and personnel recordkeeping for new hires and current employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned by the Regional Vice President (RVP) or Director of Learning and Development: Coordinates and conducts all instructor-led training for both internally and externally developed programs, including, but not limited to, Initial Security Officer Training (ISOT) program, re-training programs, annual In-Service Training, firearms, use of force, less-than-lethal weapons, safety, and orientation.…
